Help and Advice

Here you will find documents to help you set up your computer system and resolve common queries.

Webmail

To log in to your webmail, please go to http://mail.yourdomain.com where yourdomain.com is your own domain name.

Then log in with your full email address and password. The password is the same as the one you use in our email client (e.g. Outlook).

Once logged in, you will be able to view and send mail and also update your password. Note that if you update your password in webmail, you will also be updating it to the same for Outlook.

If you need more detailed instructions about setting up your email, please see our Email Setup Guides (PDF) below.
